Section 58-17-4096 - Trespassing upon railroad tracks(A) It is unlawful, without proper authority, for a person to trespass upon railroad tracks.(B) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.1996 Act No. 458, Part II, Section 87, eff 6/19/1996.
