Section 55-1-1 - Division of Aeronautics established within South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority; Aeronautics Commission shall govern

There is created a Division of Aeronautics within the South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority that shall be governed by the Aeronautics Commission as provided in Chapter 1, Title 57.
