Section 52-19-130 - Landing and recovery area; jump spaceThe owner must comply with the following as to the landing area, recovery area, and jump space:
(1) these areas must be free of spectators at all times;(2) these areas must be free of any equipment or staff when a jumper is being prepared on the jump point and until the bungee cord is at its static extended state;(3) the off-loading landing pad or air bag must be positioned before jumper preparation commences on the platform;(4) the landing pad must be a clean, smooth, padded surface.1994 Act No. 408, Section 13, eff 60 days after May 24, 1994.
