Section 50-9-80 - Replacement licenses, permits, or tagsA license, permit, or tag issued pursuant to this title may be replaced only upon affidavit from the licensee that the original was lost or destroyed and upon payment of the fee:
(1) for a duplicate license or permit the fee is three dollars, one dollar of which the issuing sales vendor may retain;(2) for a duplicate disability or lifetime license issued by the department, there is no fee;(3) for a replacement nongame fish tag, the fee is one dollar per tag for residents and five dollars per tag for nonresidents;(4) for a duplicate individual antlerless deer tag, the fee is one dollar per tag.Amended by 2010 S.C.
