Section 44-6-660 - Evaluation of cost effectiveness; annual report(A) The department shall maintain data to allow evaluation of the cost effectiveness of the program.(B) Beginning with fiscal year 2006-2007, the department shall include in its annual report, a report on the GAPS program.2006 Act No. 233, Section 1, eff 2/21/2006; 2003 Act No. 59, Section 1, eff 6/18/2003.
