Section 40-68-130 - Form and content of licenses and notices; display(A) The department by regulation shall determine the form and content of: (1) the licenses issued under this chapter; and(2) notices required to be posted under this section.(B) The license issued under this chapter must be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business in this State of the licensee. The licensee shall display, in a place that is in clear and unobstructed public view, a notice stating that the business operated at the location is licensed and regulated by the department and that any questions or complaints should be directed to the department.2005 Act No. 112, Section 1; 1993 Act No. 169, Section 1.
