Section 40-53-50 - Division to issue regulations and prescribe forms; disposition of fees(a) The Division shall issue regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and shall prescribe forms which shall be issued in connection therewith.(b) All fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the Treasurer of the State of South Carolina.1972 (57) 2724; 1962 Code Section 56-1543.55.
