Section 40-33-50 - Administrative support of board activities; establishment of fees(A) The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation shall provide all administrative, fiscal, investigative, inspectional, clerical, secretarial, and license renewal operations and activities of the board in accordance with Section 40-1-50.(B) Initial fees must be established by the board in regulation and shall serve as the basis for necessary adjustments in accordance with Section 40-1-50(D) to ensure that they are sufficient, but not excessive, to cover expenses, including the total of the direct and indirect costs to the State for the operations of the board.2004 Act No. 225, Section 1.
