Section 38-55-320 - Insurers may not contract with undertakers for funeralsIt is unlawful for a life insurer, a health insurer, or a funeral benefit company to contract or agree with a funeral director, undertaker, or mortuary that the funeral director, undertaker, or mortuary shall conduct the funeral of any person insured by it.
