Section 37-6-501 - Department of Consumer Affairs; Commission on Consumer Affairs; administrator

There is hereby created:

(a) The Department of Consumer Affairs;

(b) The Commission on Consumer Affairs; and

(c) The Office of Administrator of Consumer Affairs.
