Section 34-26-330 - Amendment of articles of incorporation and bylaws(1) The articles of incorporation and the bylaws may be amended as provided in the articles and bylaws, respectively. Amendments to the bylaws shall be submitted to the commissioner for approval.(2) Amendments shall become effective upon approval in writing by the commissioner.1996 Act No. 371, Section 1, eff 5/29/1996.
