The Secretary of State shall charge and collect for:
(1) Filing articles of incorporation, ten dollars;(2) Filing articles of amendment, three dollars;(3) Filing articles of consolidation or merger, five dollars;(4) Filing articles of conversion, three dollars;(5) Filing certificate of election to dissolve, three dollars;(6) Filing articles of dissolution, five dollars; and(7) Filing certificate of change of principal office, three dollars.1939 (41) 240; 1942 Code Section 8555-117; 1952 Code Section 12-1011; 1962 Code Section 12-1011.
