Section 33-47-80 - Purposes for which associations may be formedAn association may be organized to engage in any activity in connection with:
(1) The producing, marketing or selling of the agricultural products of its members;(2) The harvesting, preserving, drying, processing, canning, packing, storing, handling, shipping or utilization thereof;(3) The manufacturing or marketing of the by-products thereof;(4) The manufacturing, selling or supplying to its members of machinery, equipment or supplies;(5) The financing of the above-enumerated activities; or(6) More than one of the activities specified herein.1934 (38) 1497; 1921 (32) 339; Civ.
