Section 33-42-50 - Specified office and agentEach limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this State:
(1) an office in this State, which may but need not be a place of its business in this State, at which shall be kept the records required by Section 33-42-60 to be maintained;(2) an agent for service of process on the limited partnership, which agent must be an individual resident of this State, a domestic corporation, or a foreign corporation authorized to do business in this State.1986 Act No. 533, Section 1; 1985 Act No. 11, Sections 3, 4; 1984 Act No. 491, Section 1.
