Section 25-1-4080 - List of rights of servicemember or servicemember's dependent posted on South Carolina National Guard website

The Adjutant General shall post on the South Carolina National Guard website a list of the rights a servicemember or a servicemember's dependent has pursuant to both the South Carolina Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. Section 3901, et seq.

2019 Act No. 23, Section 3, provides as follows:

"SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to contracts entered into on or after that date."
