S.C. Code § 24-3-730

Section 24-3-730 - Neglecting or refusing aid; fine

If any person, when so required by the Director of the Department of Corrections, shall neglect or refuse to give such aid and assistance, he shall pay a fine not exceeding fifty dollars.
