Section 24-21-485 - Authority of Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services with respect to establishment and maintenance of restitution centersIn order for the department to establish and maintain restitution centers, the director may:
(1) develop policies and procedures for the operation of restitution centers;(2) fund other management options advantageous to the State including, but not limited to, contracting with public or nonpublic entities for management of restitution centers;(4) develop standards for disciplinary rules to be imposed on residents of restitution centers;(5) develop standards for the granting of emergency furloughs to participants.1993 Act No. 181, Section 472; 1988 Act No. 480, Section 13; 1986 Act No. 462, Section 5.
