Section 2-20-350 - Scope of commission's investigation(A) Investigations and consideration of the commission shall include, but are not limited to, the following areas:(1) knowledge of the institution;(3) professional and academic ability;(9) demonstrated support of and involvement in the institution.(B) In making nominations, race, gender, national origin, and other demographic factors must be considered by the commission.Added by 2017 S.C.
