Current through 2024 Act No. 225.
There is no remedy against the State other than those provided in this chapter in any case involving a procurement subject to this code. The rights and remedies granted in this article are to the exclusion of all other rights and remedies against the State for matters arising out of or related to this code.

2019 Act No. 41, Section 80, provides as follows:
"SECTION 80. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to solicitations issued after that date."
