Section 904.704 - Limitation on contracts

The director or the superintendent or district director, as applicable, of the institutions shall not, nor shall any other person employed by the state, make any contract by which the labor or time of an inmate in the institution is given, loaned, or sold to any person unless as provided by subchapter VIII or section 904.703.
