Section 633.93 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Limitation on actions affecting deeds

No action for recovery of any real estate sold by any fiduciary can be maintained by any person claiming under the deceased, the protected person, or a beneficiary, unless brought within five years after the date of the recording of the conveyance.
