Section 633.80 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Fiduciary of a fiduciary

A fiduciary has no authority to act in a matter wherein the fiduciary's decedent or protected person was merely a fiduciary, except that the fiduciary shall file a report and accounting on behalf of the decedent or protected person in said matter.
