Section 554.14108 - Applicability1. This Article applies to any transaction involving a controllable electronic record that arises on or after July 1, 2022. This Article does not apply to any transaction involving a controllable electronic record that arises before July 1, 2022, even if the transaction would be subject to this Article if the transaction had arisen on or after July 1, 2022. This Article does not apply to a right of action with regard to any transaction involving a controllable electronic record that has accrued before July 1, 2022.2.
