1. The board shall set the fees for a certificate of licensure as a professional landscape architect, and for renewal of a certificate. The fee for a certificate of licensure and for renewal of a certificate shall be based upon the administrative costs of sustaining the board which shall include, but shall not be limited to, the costs for: a. Per diem, expenses, and travel for board members.b. Office facilities, supplies and equipment.2.
