Section 536.28 - Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1."Administrator" means the person designated in section 537.6103.2."consumer loan" means a loan as defined in section 537.1301.3."Licensee" means a person licensed under this chapter.4."Superintendent" means the state superintendent of banking.
