Section 524.104 - Rules of constructionIn the interpretation and construction of this chapter:
1. Transactions or acts validly entered into or performed before July 1, 1995, and the rights, duties and interests flowing from them remain valid on and after July 1, 1995, and may be completed or terminated according to their terms and as permitted by any statute repealed or amended by this chapter, as though such repeal or amendment had not occurred.2. All individuals who, on July 1, 1995, hold any office under a provision of law repealed by this chapter, and which offices are continued by this chapter shall continue to hold such offices according to their former tenure.C71, 73, 75, 77, 79, 81, § 524.104 95 Acts, ch 148, §4
