Section 501A.505 - Existence1.Commencement. The existence of a cooperative shall commence on or after the filing of articles of organization as provided in section 501A.503.2.Duration. A cooperative shall have a perpetual duration unless the cooperative provides for a limited period of duration in the articles or the cooperative is dissolved as provided in subchapter XII.
