Section 483A.31 - Reciprocal privileges authorized1. Reciprocal fishing, hunting, or trapping privileges are contingent upon a grant of similar privileges by another state to residents of this state.2. The commission may negotiate fishing, hunting, or trapping reciprocity agreements with other states.3.
