Section 321.219 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Permitting unauthorized minor to drive1. A person shall not cause or knowingly permit the person's child or protected person under the age of eighteen years to drive a motor vehicle upon any highway when the minor is not authorized under this chapter.2.
