Section 306.6 - Farm-to-market review board1. A farm-to-market review board is created. Members shall be appointed by the Iowa county engineers association. This board shall select a chairperson from among its members by majority vote of the total membership.2. The farm-to-market review board shall review any and all farm-to-market system modification proposals.
