Section 238.18 - Duty of licensee1. A child-placing agency licensed under this chapter shall maintain a record and make reports in the form prescribed by the department.2. For a child being placed by the agency, the agency's duties shall include compliance with the requirements of section 232.108 relating to visitation or ongoing interaction between the child and the child's siblings. 2007 Acts, ch 67, § 6; 2023 Acts, ch 19, § 770
