Section 238.12 - Appeal - judicial review1. A licensee aggrieved by a decision of the department revoking the licensee's license may appeal to the department in the manner prescribed by the department. The department shall, upon receipt of such an appeal, give the licensee reasonable notice and opportunity for a fair hearing before the department's authorized representative. Following the hearing, the department shall take final action and notify the licensee in writing.2.
