Section 225C.13 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] Authority to establish and lease facilities1. The department may enter into agreements under which a facility or portion of a facility administered by the department under section 218.1 is leased to a department or a division of state government, a county or group of counties, a mental health and disability services region, or a private nonprofit corporation organized under chapter 504. A lease executed under this section shall require that the lessee use the leased premises to deliver either disability services or other services normally delivered by the lessee.2.
