Section 225.12 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Voluntary public patient - physician's or physician assistant's report

A physician or a physician assistant who meets the qualifications set forth in the definition of a mental health professional in section 228.1 shall submit a detailed history of the case to an administrative services organization as will be likely to aid in the observation, treatment, and hospital care of the person .
