Section 238.32 - Authority to agenciesAn agency as specified in this chapter and when licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may do any of the following:
1. Receive children in need of assistance or children who are under eighteen years of age found to have committed a delinquent act by the juvenile court, and provide for the disposition of the children subject to the provisions of chapter 232 and chapter 600A.2.
