Section 230.33 - Reciprocal agreements1. The department may enter into agreements with other states, through their duly constituted authorities, to effect the reciprocal return of persons with mental illness and persons with an intellectual disability to the contracting states, and to effect the reciprocal supervision of persons on convalescent leave.2.
