Section 225C.52 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024]To the extent funding is available, the state board shall perform the following duties:
1. Advise the director on the administration of the children's behavioral health system.2. Provide consultation services to agencies regarding the development of administrative rules for the children's behavioral health system.3. Identify behavioral health outcomes and indicators for eligible children with a serious emotional disturbance to promote children living with their own families and in the community.4. Submit a written report on or before December 1 of each year to the governor and the general assembly.
