Section 216.5A - Powers and duties of commissionThe commission shall have the following powers and duties:
1. To adopt, amend, or rescind procedures as necessary for the conduct of commission meetings.2. To sit as the final reviewing body for decisions issued by an administrative law judge following an appeal from a contested case hearing.3.
