Section 341A.1 - Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1."Commission" means the civil service commission or a combined county civil service commission created pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.2."Commissioner" means a member of the commission defined in subsection 1.3."County" means a single county or several counties combined for the purposes enumerated in section 341A.3.
