Iowa Code § 137.107

Section 137.107 - Request reviewed by state department

The state department shall review requests submitted pursuant to section 137.106. The state department, upon finding that all required elements are present, may approve the formation of a district board and if the formation is approved, shall notify the county boards from whom the request was received.
