Section 123.104 - Unlawful deliveryIt is a simple misdemeanor for any corporation, common carrier, person, or any agent or employee thereof:
1. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer to any person other than to the consignee.2. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer without having the same properly recorded as provided in section 123.103.3.
