Section 99G.5 - Lottery administrator1. An administrator of the lottery under this chapter shall be appointed by the governor subject to confirmation by the senate and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. The administrator shall be qualified by training and experience to manage a lottery.2. The salary of the lottery administrator shall be set by the governor within the applicable salary range established by section 8A.461.3.
