Section 99B.5 - Allowable forms for payment1. Social gambling, registered amusement devices, and amusement concessions not at a permanent location, require payment solely by cash.2. Except as provided by subsection 1, a participant in an activity authorized by this chapter may make payment by cash, personal check, money order, bank check, cashier's check, electronic check, or debit card. In addition, a participant in an amusement concession as authorized by this chapter at a fair, amusement park, or arcade, may also make payment by credit card.3.
