Section 101A.14 - Criminal penalties
1. Any person who violates the provisions of section 101A.2, subsection 4, or section 101A.3, subsection 4, commits a public offense and, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a class "C" felony.
2. Any person who violates the provisions of section 101A.6, 101A.8 or 101A.9 or any of the rules adopted by the director pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, commits a simple misdemeanor.
