Section 9B.10 - Notarial act in this state1. A notarial act may be performed in this state by any of the following: a. A notary public of this state.b. A judge, clerk, or deputy clerk of a court of this state.c. A person authorized by the law of this state to administer oaths.d. Any other individual authorized to perform the specific act by the law of this state.e. A registrar of vital statistics or a designee of a registrar of vital statistics.2. The signature and title of an individual performing a notarial act in this state are prima facie evidence that the signature is genuine and that the individual holds the designated title.3. The signature and title of a notarial officer described in subsection 1, paragraph "a", "b", or "c", conclusively establish the authority of the notarial officer to perform a notarial act.2012 Acts, ch 1050, §9, 60
