Section 8-3-131 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Definitions

As used in this part, the term:

(1) "City" means any city in this state.

(2) "Federal government" means the United States government and any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof.

(3) "Persons" means an individual and those members of his family living with him.
