Section 44-10-47 - Powers and duties of CouncilThe council shall have the power and duty to:
(1) Annually review and approve award grants recommended by the department;(2) Review and approve rules and regulations promulgated by the department for administration of the program; and(3) Review the outcomes of the program and recommend to the department changes in program administration or rules to ensure the success of the program.Added by 2023 Ga.
