Section 40-1-198 - Requirement to maintain current list of drivers(a) Each transportation referral service provider shall maintain a current list of all drivers that such provider employs directly or as independent contractors in this state. Such lists shall not be subject to inspection or disclosure under Article 4 of Chapter 18 of Title 50 but shall be made available for inspection by law enforcement officers and representatives of other government agencies upon request to ascertain compliance with this title.(b) A violation of this Code section shall be punished by the imposition of a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000.00 for each violation.Added by 2015 Ga.
