Section 39-4-5 - [For Repeal, See Note] Appointment of compact administrator

The Governor is authorized to appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of Article VII of the compact.

Repealed by 2024 Ga. Laws 425,§ 2, eff. upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children into law by the thirty-fifth state.
