Section 3-1-4 - Penalty for violations of provisions of title(a) It is unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to violate any criminal prohibition contained in this title.(b) Except as otherwise provided in this title, any person who violates any criminal prohibition contained in this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
